Ensure that your registration is completed by selecting “Change Profile”. Fill out the form and click “Save”. If your profile is already completed, your registration application might still be awaiting approval from EGIA. Please allow up to 1 business day for this process. You will receive an email notification once your approval has been granted.
Typically, you can expect a decision within 2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your claim has been reviewed and processed. EGIA will reimburse the contractor the full amount of the approved application via direct deposit within 10 business days of approval.
If your AHRI number isn’t working, it might be due to a typo or it is not in portal as an eligible AHRI number. Double-check that you’re entering the number correctly.
